Zebbuġ library closed in summer

A letter in The Times of Malta (Claudio Sultana, 4 October 2009) complained about the fact that the branch public library in Zebbug was found closed on ten occassions during this summer despite the fact that the opening hours on the plaque indicated that the library should be open.
