Government mulls over plans for printing museum

The possibility of setting up a museum of printing to showcase its importance in Malta is being explored by the government.

The National Book Council, which is responsible for the project, said this would give Maltese and tourists the opportunity to experience the history of printing and the written word in a stimulating and interactive way. It appealed to anyone with information and artefacts related to the history of printing in Malta to call on 2169 1836 or send an e-mail to william.zammit@um.edu.mt or info@ktieb.org.mt.
