Human Rights lobby group outlines FoI concerns regarding Malta

Article 19, a lobby group for "Global Campaign for Free Expression" have sent a letter to the Spanish Foreign Affairs Minister expressing concerns regarding freedom of expression in a number of countries, including Malta.

The article carried in The Independent on Sunday (8 April 2007) states that the issue that concerns Malta is under the weak freedom of information laws theme. In Cyprus, Malta, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, there is still no freedom of information legislation.
