Library week at St Ignatius College
During a recently-held Library Week at St Ignatius College's Boys' Secondary, Qormi (Handaq), the library became a hub of activity as students and teachers came to visit various displays of new library collections bought using funds donated by the Għaqda Ġenituri and the school head. The week's activities also included a talk by Maltese author Trevor Żahra, who related stories from his childhood which he later used in his books. After his talk, Mr Żahra donated some of his books to the school library. In another activity at the college's Primary 'B' in Żebbuġ, each class of pupils was taken to the town's public library.
